定座

旅客只有在定妥座位以后,才能凭该定妥座位的客票乘机。旅客可根据中国南方航空公司(以下简称「南航」)的有关规定向南航售票处或南航代理人售票处预定座位。已定妥座位的旅客,应按南航规定的购票时限购票。如未在购票时限内购票,所定座位即被自动取消。合同单位应按合同的约定定座。

购票

旅客购票应出示本人有效身份证件并填写《旅客定座单》购买儿童、婴儿票、应提供其出生年月的有效证明。重病旅客购票,应持有医疗单位出具的适于乘机的证明,经南航同意后方可购票。

座位再证实

旅客持有定妥座位的联程或来回程客票,如在该联程或回程地点停留 72 小时以上,须在该联程或回程航班飞机离站前两天中午 12 时以前,办理座位再证实手续。否则,原定座位不予保留。如旅客到达联程地点的时间不超过 72 小时,可不需办理座位再证实手续。

客票

客票只限客票上所列姓名的旅客本人使用,不得转让和涂改,否则,客票无效,票款不退。

客票有限期

客票自旅行开始之日起,一年内运输有效。如果说客票全部未使用,则从填开之日起,一年内运输有效。

儿童票

12 周岁以下的儿童按成人全票价的 50% 付费。未满两岁的婴儿,按成人全票价的 10% 付费,不单独占一座位。

客票票价

客票价指旅客由出发地机场至目的地机场的航空运输价格,不包括机场与市区之间的地面运输费用。南航公布的票价仅适用于直达航班运输。革命残废军人、儿童、婴儿票价:

•  革命残废军人凭《革命残废军人抚恤证》,按适用票价的 80% 购票。

•  已满两周岁未满 12 周岁的儿童按适用成人票价的 50% 付费购儿童票,提供座位。

•  未满两周岁的婴儿按适用成人票价 10% 购买婴儿票,不提供座位。如需要单独占用座位时。应购买儿童票。每一成人旅客携带婴儿超过一名时,超过的人数应购儿童票。

客票遗失

旅客遗失客票,应以书面形式向南航或其销售代理人申请挂失。在旅客申请挂失前,客票如已被冒用或冒退,南航不承担责任。在旅客向南航或其代理人提供了令其满意的证明後,南航或代理人可为旅客补开不可退票的新客票。定期客票遗失,要求退款,按不定期客票有关规定办理。

乘机

旅客应在客票上列明的航班规定离站前 90 分钟到达指定机场,凭客票及本人有效身份证件办理乘机手续。航班规定离站前 30 分钟停止办理乘机手续。

变更

旅客购票后,如果要求改变航班、日期、舱位等级,必须在航班飞机离站 24 小时前通知南航,南航根据实际可能积极办理。但每本客票只能变更两次,两次以上,须重新填开客票,并收取票价 5% 的退票费。

退票

旅客自愿退票,可在出票地、航班始发地、终止旅行地的南航或其销售代理处办理。退票时,除凭有效客票外,还应提供旅客本人的有效身份证件,分别按下列条款办理:

(一)旅客(团体旅客另行规定)航班离站 24 小时前提出退票,收取票价 5% 的退票费。航班规定离站时间 24 小时之内、两小时以前,收取票价 10% 的退票费;在航班规定离站时间两小时之内,收取票价 20% 的退票费;在航班规定离站时间后要求退票,按误机处理。

(二)革命残废军人要求退票,免收退票费。

(三)持婴儿客票的旅客要求退票,免收退票费。

•  旅客因病要求退票,需提供医疗单位的证明,不收退票费。

误机

误机是指旅客未按规定时间办妥乘机手续或因其旅行证件不符合规定而未能乘机。旅客误机後,如要求改乘后续航班,在后续航班有空余座位的情况下,南航将积极予以安排,旅客应服从南航安排,不收误机费。旅客误机后,如要求退票,应到原购票地点办理。在航班规定离站时间以后要求退票的,南航将按客票价的 50% 收取误机费。

健康

患有重病的旅客购票,需持有医疗单位出具的适于乘机的证明,并事先经承运或其销售代理人同意,方可购票。

免费行李额

持成人票或儿童票的旅客,每位免费行李额为:头等舱 40 公斤,公务舱 30 公斤,经济舱 20 公斤,持婴儿票的旅客,无免费行李额。逾重行李额 棘 旅客对超过免费行李额的行李应支付逾重行李费。逾重行李费率以每公斤按经济舱票价的 1.5% 计算,总金额以元为单位。

随身携带物品

随身携带物品指经南航同意由旅客自行携带乘机的零星小件物品。随身携带物品的重量,每位旅客以 5 公斤为限。持头等舱客票的旅客,每人可随身随带两件物品;持公务舱或经济舱票的旅客,每人只能随身携带一件物品。每件随身携带物品的体积均不得超过 20 × 40 × 55 厘米:超过上述重量、件数或体积限制的随身携带物品,应作为托运行李托运。旅客不得携带管制刀具乘机。管制刀具以外的利器或钝器应随托运行李托运,不得随身携带。

不准作为行李运输的物品

国家规定的禁运物品、限制运输物品、危险物品包括但不限於压缩气体:易燃、腐蚀液体、易燃固体、毒品、氧化剂、可聚合性物质、磁性物品、放射性物品、有害或有刺激性物质、及其具有异味或容易污损飞机的其他物品,不能作为托运行李或随身携带物品。

不准在托运行李内夹带的物品

旅客不准在托运行李夹带重要文件、资料、外交信袋、证券、货币、汇票、贵重物品、易碎易腐蚀物品,以及其他需要专人照管的物品。南航对托运行李内夹带上述物品的遗失或损坏,按一般托运行李承担赔价责任。

行李包装

托运行李必须包装完善、锁加完好、捆扎牢固,并能承受一定压力。对包装不符合要求的行李,南航可拒绝收运。

行李赔偿

旅客托运的行李从托运时起到交付时止,如发生丢失或损坏,南航负责赔偿,赔偿金额每公斤不超过人民币 50 元。如行李的价值每公斤低于 50 元时,按实际价值赔偿。旅客丢失行李的重量按实际托运行李的重量计算。

行李声明价值

旅客的托运行李,每公斤价值超过人民币 50 元时,可以办理行李声明价值,南航收取声明价值附加费。声明价值不能超过行李自身的实际价值。每一旅客的行李声明价值最高为人民币 8000 元。已办理行李声明价值的行李丢失时,按声明价值赔偿,行李的声明价值高於实际价值时,按实际价值赔偿。

乘机前旅客及其行李(含托运行李和随身携带物品)必须经过安全检查。

航班延误时南航的责任

因南航机务、航班调配、商务、机组的原因,造成航班在始发地延误或取消,南航将按规定向旅客提供餐食或住宿等服务。由於天气、突发事件、宽中交通管制、安检以及旅客等非南航原因,造成航班在始发地延误或取消,南航可协助旅客安排餐食和住宿,费用由旅客自理。

南航赔偿责任

南航对每名旅客身体伤害的最高赔偿限额。按照国务院的有关规定办理。

旅客自愿保险

旅客可以自行决定向保险公司投保「国内航空运输旅客人身意外伤害险」。此项保险金额的给付,不免除或减少南航应当承担的赔偿限额。班期时刻 棘 国际航班班期时刻。是以印刷班期时刻表时所收到的内容为依据。本时刻表中公布的班期时刻、航班、机型、经停地点,如有变动,不另行通知。

PASSENGER INFORMATION(DOMESTIC SERVICE)

RECERVATION

Passengers having reserved the seats shall board the plane by their tickets in accordance with the reserved seats . Passengers traveling on the domestic services can reserve their seats in advance at airline booking offices or their sales agents according to the relevant regulations . Passengers who have already reserved their seats should purchase their tickets within the time limit established by the airlines concerned , otherwise the reservation they have made would be cancelled accordingly .

PURCHASE OF TICKET

In purchasing tickets , Chinese passengers should hold their own “inhabitant ldentity card”or other valid identity certificate and fill in the “Passenger Reservation Record” . Foreigners , Oversea Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong , Macao and Taiwan shall show their valid passports , “Return-home Card ” , “ Taiwan Compatriots Card ” , “ Residence Permit ” , “ Travel Certificate ” or other valid identity cards provided by the public security authorities , and fill in the “Passenger Reservation Record”.

RECONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION

Passengers having reserved seats on connecting or return flight shall reconfirm their reservations at the connecting or returning points not later than 12:00 A.M.2 days before the departure of the flight if they stay there for more than 72 hours , otherwise their reservations will be automatically cancelled.

TICKET

The ticket is valid only for the passenger whose name appears on the tickets and is not transferable . The ticket will be refundable if it has been mutilated or altered .

VALIDITY PERIOD OF TICKET

The validity period of the domestic ticket is one year . The validity period of the ticket for the scheduled flight is calculated from the date following the commencement of travel and for the non-scheduled flight it is calculated from 00:00 A.M.of the day following the date of its issuance.

CHILDREN FARE

A child between 2 and 12 years of age is charged at 50% of the adult fare . An infant under 2 years of age not occupying a separate seat is charged at 10% of the adult fare . One adult passenger is entitled to accompany one infant enjoying such fare .

FARES

Fares are the air transport fares from the airport origin to the airports of destination , not including the surface transportation charges between airport and downtown .

LOST TICKET

A passengers having lost his or her tichet should write a loss report to the carrier or its sale agent with the attachment of the valid identity card , the certificate of the date and place the ticket is issued , the certificate issued by the local Public Security Bureau or any other means that can sufficiently prove the loss of the ticket . The carrier holds no liability for the lost ticket which had been falsely used or refunded under the passenger's name before the lost ticket was reported.

CHECK-IN

PROCEDURE Passenger must arrive at the airport within the time limit designated by the carriers and show their vatid identity card and ticket to the check-in counter . Check-in counter will be closed 30 minutes before flight departure .

MODIFIACTION

If a passenger having purchased a ticket wishes to change the flight , date , or class of seat , the carrier will do its best to meet his or her requirements according to the current circumstances and conditions of carriage .

REFUND

If a passenger (separate regulation for group passenger)wishes to refund the purchased ticket , including non-scheduled ticket , 24 hours before departure time indicated on the ticket , the cancellation fee is 5% of the original fare . If the refund is requested within 24 hours but before hours ahead of flight departure , the cancellation fee is 10% of the original fare . If the refund is requested within 2 hours before departure , the cancellation fee 20% of the original fare . If the refund is requested after the departure , the cancellation fee is 50% of the original fare .

NO-SHOW

A no-show means a passenger failed to board the aircraft either because he or he had not completed the check-in procedures at the designated time limit , or because the passenger could not travel due to his or her unqualified travel documents . The passenger could change to a later flight in case of no-show . If a change carrier or a refund is requested , a no-show fee of 50% of the original fare should be charged .

HEALTH

When purchasing a ticket , a passenger suffering from serous illness should hold a medical certifying that he or she is fit for air travel and should be approved by the carrier or its sales agent beforehand .

CARRY-ON BAGBAGE

Passenger holding first class tickets may carry 2 pieces of articles , passenger holding business or economy class tickets may carry one piece of article only . The volume of either one or two pieces should not be more than 20*40*55 cm and with a total weight not exceeding 5kg . Carry-on baggage in excess of the above limit of number , volume and weight should be checked in for transportation according the regulations.

FREE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Passengers holding adult-fare tickets are entitled to free baggage allowance of 40kg for first class , 30kg for business class , and 20kg for economy class . No free baggage allowance is granted to infants .

ARTICLES WHICH CAN NOT BE SHIPPED AS BAGGAGE

Passenger are not allowed to carry in their checked or carry-on baggage dangerous articles , such as inflammable , explosive , corrosive , poisonous , radioactive , polymerizable , magnetized materials , passengers are not allowed to carry with them arms , sharp or lethal weapons when taking flight .

ARTICLES WHICH CAN NOT BE PACKED IN THE CHECKED BAGGAGE

Passengers are not allowed to carry in their checked or carry-on baggage confidential documents , classified materials , diplomatic mail bags negotiable securities , currencies , money orders , valuables , vulnerable and perishable articles and other articles and other articles needed in the special custody of somebody . The carrier will only be liable for the loss of or damage of the aforementioned as ordinary checked baggage .

BAGGAGE PACKING

The checked baggage should be packed pecked perfectly , well locked , tied up solidly and be able to withstand pressure to a reasonable extent . Carriers may refuse to accept for carriage and will not be liable for any damage if the baggage packing does not conform the requirements .

BAGGAGE COMPENSATION

The carrier will be liable to compensate for the loss of or damage of the checked baggage . The norm of compensation shall not exceed RMB 50 yuan per kg according to the actual weight recorded at the check-in .

BAGGAGE DECLARED VALUE

A passenger may declare the value of his her baggage if the value of his or the checked baggage exceeds RMB 50 yuan per kg . The Carriers will collect a declare value surcharge . Baggage declared value can not exceed the value of the current baggage . The maximum baggage declared value is RMB 8,000 yuan . When such a baggage is lost or damaged , compensation will be made according to its declared value .

SECURITY INSPECTION

Passengers and their baggages (including checked and carry-on baggage) should be subject to the security inspection before boarding and loading .

FLIGHT IRREGULARITY SERVICES

When the flight is delayed or cancelled due to the fault of the carrier , meals and hotel accommodation for the passengers will be provided free of charge by the carrier as appropriate . If the delay or cancellation occurs at departure due to weather condition , unexpected event , Air Traffic Control , safety inspection or passengers' fault etc , which are beyond the control of the carrier , meals and hotel accommodation will be arranged by the carrier at the passengers' own cost .

COMPENSATION

FOR INJURY OR DEATH The carrier's maximum norm of compensation for each passenger in case of accidental death or bodily injury shall be defined in accordance with the relevant regulations proclaimed by the State Council .

PASSENGER ' S VOLUNTARY INSURANCE

A passenger can insure at his option to the insurance company for unexpected passenger bodily injury insurance of domestic air transportation . The payment for such insurance does not exempt from or reduce the compensation undertaken by the carrier .
